The design attempts to reflect the ideology of sustainability of Tata Power ensuring suggested net zero built form and also brand establishment for Tata, as a building that symbolizes the ideologies of the brand. The building contains a variety of spatial elements along with being an energy efficient structure.
The primary objective was to achieve a structure that produces as much as it consumes – to attain self-sufficiency. This was proposed through the use of several features like strategically located openings, passive building design features, solar panels, appropriate selection of materials etc. The design is progressive and has a strong presence befitting brand stature.
